I have been fighting with them for over 1 year about this problem. They refuse to admit their design issue. I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), 2 State Attorney General offices, Federal Trade Commision (FTC), and now I am seriously thinking of filing a class action lawsuit. Could you please send me the details of your system and scenario of what was happening? Dell is not taking responibility for their poorly designed system!!
