The postcode will get you onto The Avenue, but take you to the wrong house.
(They are the centre of that postcode, and are plenty annoyed already at receiving our deliveries!)

From the M4 / Reading

• Head towards the postcode and you’ll end up on The Avenue (lots of oak trees).
• On the left look out for a tree that appears out of place – closer to the road.
• Take the next left onto the gravel drive.
• If you hit the Chapel Row 30 speed limit you’ve gone too far!

From Newbury/Thatcham

• Head towards the postcode and you’ll pass the Bladebone Inn on your right.
• Head onto The Avenue, and pass through the national speed limit.
• Immediately after this is a Deer Warning sign – turn right onto the gravel drive opposite.

Once on the Gravel Drive

• Follow the gravel drive round to the right, our house is tucked away right down the end. There is parking for multiple cars outside the house.
